Last night we thought that we'd be able to see the lunar eclipse and were very excited to see such an event here in Africa... we later found out that, 1. It was actually Friday night, and 2. The western side of Africa probably wasn't able to see it anyways... but we decided to sleep under the stars anyways, or moon rather...
Who would have ever thought I'd be able to sleep under the moon in December!?!
The "jungle" we slept by...
and the sunrise this morning!
The only thing I was worried about was sleeping with lizards... but only an African cat visited us :)
