Back in NE

Spring break where did you go!? Ahhh, I'm back in Nebraska and VERY MUCH back at school! I had a test this morning, first day back, that I didn't realize I had until last night after midnight. So it was a nice and short night to welcome me back to school and get things going with a bang! :) here are some of the last little snapshots of my trip! :)

Crunch Wraps!!

This week Taco Bell had an $0.88 special on their crunch wraps... While we were enjoying our $0.88 crunch wraps one day we got to thinking.... WE could make these!! SOooooo..... We did! They (ours) were SO YUMMY!! Mmmmmm! beans, a hard shell, lettuce, peppers, olives, tomatoes, and dressing all wrapped up in a delicious burrito shell, then lightly fried.... Mmmmm!!

Becca and I spent yesterday evening (super bowl "party") with 7 kiddos under the age of 5 :) ( the 7th is hiding behind the chair for the picture :P).

Secend Semester...

...is in full swing! Well, we've been back for a full week and already enjoyed a long weekend. The holiday Monday was very much needed already though! I have a presentation and paper with 10 sources due in less than a week and enough projects, other papers, reading, and assignments to keep me more than busy!

We had a great weekend and yesterday marked 3 weeks!! Half done... 3 more weeks for a total of 6 and the cast will be ready to come off! Having only one fully functional arm has made school interesting so far, let's just say it adds an extra challenge ;) ( I am ready for it to be off now.... so we'll just see if I make it 3 more weeks! ).
